About the Instructor Training Courses at Our School
We are proud of our history of over 30 years teaching and the accomplishment of training over 200 instructors. Our graduates have gone into private business, sports clubs and gyms, health care and care for the aged, teaching classes and private groups, active in many fields of fitness and health.
Courses and Tuitions
Hula Dance Instructor Training Course
Fitness Hula is aerobic exercise using hula dance steps to Hawaiian songs, and it is a new program found nowhere else that combines fitness know-how to hula dance. In this course, the instructor learns basic movements such as hand motion and foot patterns, etc. and the teaching skills, and how to devise a program that keeps the participants coming back.
●Practical Training – 24 hours
Hula dance choreography, basic movements, control of exercise intensity, warm-up, cool-down, conditioning exercise, designing group exercise classes
●Academic Study – 6 hours
Fitness theory, exercise physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, training principles, nutrition, body composition, group fitness class design
Tuition : 90,000 yen
Yoga Instructor Course
Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Breathing Control, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Methods of Class Design- A program based on world-wide standards of yoga of countries like America and India, that enables the instructor to teach to a wide range of participants and locations.
●Practical Training – 12 hours
On completion, a written and practical test will be administered and graduates receive a completion certificate.
●Academic Study – 6 hours
Fitness theory, Exercise physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, training principles, nutrition, body composition, group fitness class design

Lomilomi Therapist Intensive Training Course
Train therapists for the Misawa main school
Participants: Minimum of two persons
